Case Study

Business Risk Reports 2008 & 2009

The Client

Ernst & Young

The Issue

Our client wanted a communication tool that would assist its global sector leaders in engaging in discussions with clients and prospects about strategic issues.

The Approach

We converted expert knowledge on emerging risks into an accessible and eye-catching early warning report.

We identified emerging risks by interviewing leading topic and industry experts from our network and the client, and ranked the top risks for each sector.

We produced reports for 11 sectors, offering narrative analysis and forecasts for each risk, and a report on the top global risks facing business across sectors.

The Result

The reports were well-received and widely cited in the press. More than 20,000 copies were distributed worldwide in 2008. The client commissioned another set of reports for 2009.
