Mrs Lim Hwee Hua, Minister, The Prime Minister's Office, Singapore
Mrs Lim Hwee Hua was appointed Minister of State for Finance and Transport on 12 August 2004. She was promoted to Senior Minister of State for Finance and Transport on 1 April 2008.
On 1 April 2009, she was promoted to Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and appointed concurrently as Second Minister for Finance and Second Minister for Transport.
Eisuke Sakakibara, Professor of Aoyama University, Japan
Eisuke Sakakibara became Professor of Aoyama University in Tokyo in 2010. From 1997 - 1999 he was the Vice Minister of Finance and International Affairs.
Prior to this Professor Sakakibara has held many government positions including that of Director General of the International Finance Bureau and Special Advisor to the President at the Japan Center for International Finance.
