Global Stress Point Matrix™
The Global Stress Point Matrix™ (GSPM) is an Early Warning system monitoring potential high impact / low probability events - political, economic, natural, security-related and/or directly related to your organisation.
The core of the GSPM is a unique, flexible methodology which systematises tracking the likelihood of these events taking place and measuring their potential impact.
As a subscription service, the GSPM comprises over 20 Global Stress Points, representing the issues most critical to global stability for business and government. Our Consulting Practice applies the GSPM framework in Customised Stress Points to help clients assess and monitor the potential events most critical to their organisations.
